Privacy policy

The short version: Speed Live does not collect any data about you. Everything stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Location

Speed Live uses your device's GPS to measure your speed, direction and distance. This happens entirely on your device. Your location is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you allow "Always" access, Speed Live only uses location in the background while a trip you started is running.

Trips and records

Your trips, top speeds and settings are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

No accounts, analytics, ads or tracking

Speed Live has no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking code. We don't sell or share data because we don't have any.

Notifications and Live Activities

Lock Screen, Dynamic Island and optional notification updates are created on your device. Nothing is sent through our servers.

Sharing

If you share a trip card, you choose where it goes using Apple's share sheet. We never see it.

Children

Speed Live does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
